This is the content a builder would otherwise phone three offices to assemble. The pipeline card comment warns that these fields are prose, not numbers: 'rule fields like typical_project_estimate are free-form PROSE (a whole paragraph), NOT a short dollar value — never render them on the card; the full detail lives in the Permit Check panel.' The citation trail exists so an answer can be re-checked rather than trusted.
