Each crew gets a card with a one-line standing — Ahead of plan, On plan, Running late, or No completed stages. Clicking one filters the reliability mix, the per-stage variance, the delay reasons and the trend to that crew. The cards themselves always show all crews, because they are the control.

Clicking a crew at the top of the performance page visibly selected it and changed nothing underneath — where the lost days went, days off plan by stage, and the variance trend all kept showing every crew. That is worse than having no filter at all: anyone reading one crew's name at the top would have taken the delay reasons below as that crew's, when they belonged to everybody. Selecting a crew now filters every panel on the page, so what is on screen is what the heading says it is.
