Named payment presets shared by both engines through the same storage, each listing its stages and percentages in the dropdown label so you pick by content rather than by name alone. Presets can be renamed and deleted.
Also called: standard terms · same draw schedule every time · load preset
- 1Build a schedule, press Save as, and name it.
- 2The picker lists each preset as 'Standard (Down:30% / Delivery:60% / Final:10%)'.
- 3Loading a preset rewrites the estimate's stages with fresh ids and unpinned percentages.
- 4The last active preset is remembered.
Most builders have two or three sets of terms — one for stock buildings, one for custom, one for a repeat commercial client — and retyping them on every quote is how they end up inconsistent across jobs that should match. Save a schedule, name it, and load it onto any estimate. The percentages are printed inside each option, so you pick by what it actually does rather than by what somebody named it eight months ago.
