A per-number switch, off by default, that texts the caller as soon as a call is not answered. The default wording is 'Sorry we missed your call — text us here and we'll get right back to you' and can be replaced per line.

A missed inbound call is the most expensive event this platform handles, and most callers who reach a beep hang up rather than leave a message — so waiting for a voicemail to finish before responding means the ones most likely to ring a competitor next get nothing at all. The text now fires the moment the call is missed, so a caller who hangs up at the beep still gets it and one who leaves a message is not texted twice. It goes out from the same number they dialled, switched on per line, in the builder's own wording.
