A full-screen master/detail hub over the whole lead book. Left is a row per lead with a checkbox and select-all; right is the selected lead's contact block, qualifiers, assigned rep and original CRM owner, with collapsed More fields and Attribution sections. Filters combine: owner, lead status, source, budget band, state and county. A lens switch isolates the unrouted backlog.
Also called: triage thousands of leads · bulk reassign leads · lead list view · work the backlog
- 1Default sort is true lead age — the external CRM's created time when known, so a six-year backlog prioritises correctly
- 2Search covers name, email, phone, business, city and county
- 3Bulk reassign writes each lead strictly filtered by its own id, ten at a time with live progress
- 4Distribute routes either the whole unrouted backlog or just the current selection, and renders the engine's honest report inline
- 5Shift-click selects a range, anchored by index so it survives re-sorts
The board is built for working a handful of live deals, and triaging a pile of several thousand imported ones on it is hopeless. A dense list view now handles the pile: filter, sort, select hundreds, and reassign or distribute them in one action. Age sorts by the lead's real age rather than when it was imported, so a six-year-old backlog does not read as brand new. Bulk writes are filtered strictly to the selected leads with no unfiltered update path, and batched, because 3,200 selected must not mean 3,200 round trips against a frozen screen.
- A kanban board being the wrong tool for a backlog
- Import date masquerading as lead age
- Bulk operations freezing the browser
