What it is
The comparison that survives different units. Each axis is normalised 0-100 within the team, direction-aware, so a fast response time and a high close rate both push outward. Where your shape pulls inward is where the room is.

How it works
- 1For each scoring metric, take the team min and max and normalise both your value and the team-best value to 0-100.
- 2Direction is respected: for duration metrics the team best is the minimum.
- 3Rendered only when there are at least three axes, because fewer does not read as a shape.
Why we built it
The (i) copy explains the design choice: 'Each spoke is one scoring metric, scaled 0–100 so they're comparable… Where your shape pulls inward is where there's the most room to grow.'
The problem
- Percentages, durations and counts could not be compared on one picture.
- Strength and weakness patterns were invisible across separate charts.
