Two branded states. A source that is not active renders a message that the form is not accepting submissions right now and points the visitor at the builder by name. An unresolvable source key renders a plain this-form-does-not-exist message.
Also called: turn off my form · form not accepting submissions · old link
- 1Source status is checked after branding resolves, so the paused message still names the builder
- 2A missing source or one of the wrong kind renders the not-found state
- 3Both states use the same light page shell as the form
A builder pausing intake through a busy season had no way to do it except delete the form, which left prospects on a browser error and any ad spend landing on nothing. A paused form stops accepting and explains why, with the builder's branding intact. Turning intake back on is a switch, not a rebuild.
- Pausing intake producing broken pages
- Stale links from old ads and printed material erroring out
