Evidence attached per problem, not per email

A photo of a smashed post proves the damage claim and says nothing about the shortage, so evidence attaches to one claim only.

What it is

Photos are held per claim rather than in one shared pile. The review modal shows a separate evidence block for each problem, labelled 'Photos of what was damaged' or 'Photos of what is missing', and each claim keeps its own set on the record long after the email is forgotten.

How it works
  1. 1photosByClaim keys the working set by claim id
  2. 2On send, each claim's photo set is written back to that claim if it changed
  3. 3The email renders each claim's own photos inside its own section
  4. 4A photo can be removed before sending
Why we built it

'A photo of a smashed post proves the damage claim and says nothing about the shortage — one shared pile would attach it to both.' And why they persist: 'Evidence is attached to the claims themselves, so it stays on the record under the order AND the supplier long after the email is forgotten.'

The problem
  • One photo pile attached to two unrelated claims weakens both
  • Evidence that lives only in a sent email
