A signing modal requiring both a typed name and drawn ink — neither alone is accepted — plus an acknowledgement tick. The agreement body presented at signing is copied into the signature row so later template edits cannot rewrite what was signed. IP address and user agent are captured alongside.

A change order approved by clicking a button is worth very little when the amount is disputed at the end of a job. Signing requires both a typed name and a drawn signature, the same standard the crew acceptance uses, and it stamps the time, the address it came from and the browser it was signed on. The agreement wording is frozen into the record when it is created, so editing a template later cannot change the terms of something already signed.
