What it is
A set of templated reasons, each filled in for this specific appointment. The dialog shows the prospect-facing text before anything is sent. The reason and the approved message are both stored on the appointment.

How it works
- 1The calendar API returns every reason already rendered for this appointment, so the host is choosing between real messages, not labels.
- 2The message the host approved is the email; paragraphs split on blank lines.
- 3A reschedule link to the same host and meeting type is appended unless the reason is that it is not a fit.
- 4The appointment is stamped canceled with its reason and message.
Why we built it
The header describes the intent: 'the host picks a reason (templated, editable); the prospect gets the cancellation with that reason'. Rendering every template against the real appointment means the host never sends a message they have not read.
