A multi-select mode that puts a branded checkbox on every card. Selected cards can be deleted in bulk; the confirmation dialog will not arm its button until you type 'delete'. Each removal gets the same durable treatment as a single delete, so nothing comes back on the next poll.
Also called: delete multiple leads · clean up test leads · bulk delete
- 1Select Multiple turns cards into checkboxes; the header shows the selected count
- 2Bulk delete opens a confirmation that requires typing the word delete
- 3Each card is snapshotted before the column mutates, then given the full removal treatment
- 4Removals delete the canonical rows and record durable suppression markers
Clearing a batch of junk leads one card at a time was slow enough that nobody did it, and the first bulk delete was one mis-tap away from wiping real deals. Deleting a selection now requires typing the word delete first. The removals also had to be recorded per card: without that, the background refresh repopulated everything that had just been bulk-removed.
- Bulk deletes silently reappearing on the next sync
- One misclick wiping a column
- One-at-a-time cleanup of an import gone wrong
