A two-value tag on every sales card, with a board filter. When nobody has set it, the platform guesses from the free-text project type — barndo, barndominium, living, residence, home and house read as a barndominium; pole, post frame, barn, shop, garage, storage, pavilion and carport read as a pole barn — and the card says it is showing a guess.

A pole-barn estimate takes ten to twenty minutes; a barndominium takes three or four hours. Reps were picking up whichever lead was on top and finding out which kind of job it was only after opening the drawing tool, so an afternoon planned around six quick quotes turned into one long one. Each lead now carries a tag for which it is, filterable from the board, so a rep sizes the work before starting it.
