Registers a display name so the customer sees your company rather than an unknown number.

What it is

A rich-call-data registration that puts the business name on the recipient's screen. US only, carrier-beta, with a display-name length limit enforced before submission.

How it works
  1. 1Display name and the product's own checklist are validated in the route and again in the library before anything is created
  2. 2The authorised representative is prefilled from the texting registration — the carriers already approved that person
  3. 3Covered numbers are shown inside the modal before you file
Why we built it

A homeowner who submitted a form an hour ago still will not answer an unknown number, and most of a builder's callbacks go to people who have never saved their number. Branded calling registers a display name so the company shows on the screen instead of a string of digits. The authorised contact the carriers already approved is filled in automatically, because nobody should have to type their own name into the same platform twice.
