The support tab of the Help dialog shows genuine open slots from the support host's calendar. Submitting records a support request, emails and tasks the agency, and — if a time was chosen — books a real appointment that flows into the normal confirmation and reminder process. The page you were on travels with the request.
Also called: talk to a human · schedule a call · get help on the phone · support appointment
- 1The route reads the support host's availability and returns a slot grid built from real availability
- 2Posting a message writes a support request row, emails the platform owners and creates a task for the agency
- 3If a slot was picked it creates a 'support' appointment on the agency calendar, with confirmations and reminders following the normal flow
Being stuck and being told to email support is two frustrations instead of one, and the reply lands after the customer meeting it was needed for. From the screen you are stuck on you can now pick a real open time on the support team's calendar and be booked into it. The times offered are the genuinely free ones, with no padding to look busy, because a call that does not happen when promised turns one support request into two complaints.
- Users stuck on a screen have no path to a live human
- Scheduling a call is a separate email thread away from the problem
