A list of internal triggers, each showing what fires it, an editable message with a reset-to-default escape hatch, and In-app / Text / Email channel switches. Alongside them the built-in customer-facing automations are listed — 24-hour and 48-hour intake form reminders, and missed-call text-back — so the external view is not empty air.
Also called: reminders · follow up automatically · nudge me · automation triggers · automatic tasks · customer did something and I need to act · attention triggers · auto follow-up
- 1Every trigger creates a task on Home when it fires; the chosen channels ride that task's reminder through the existing reminders engine.
- 2Preferences save per trigger with enabled, message and channels.
- 3Built-in external automations are listed with their status (built-in and firing, or on once calling and texting are set up).
Recorded as. Routing every automation through a Home task rather than inventing a parallel alert system means an automation cannot fire into a void — there is always a task record behind the nudge. The built-in external list is internal and external must both be visible so neither category looks empty.
- Follow-ups depended on someone remembering.
- Automated reminder wording could not be changed.
- Customer-facing automations were invisible in settings.
