An attach flow that reads from the estimate's own building plans rather than the OS file dialog. Choosing a plan generates its PDF, uploads it to portal media and adds it to the send, automatically switching the plans section on so the files actually appear.
Also called: send the drawings · attach blueprints · elevation with the quote
- 1Open the plans picker inside the send modal and select any generated output.
- 2The PDF is generated, uploaded, and its URL attached to the send with a per-slot spinner while it works.
- 3Attaching auto-enables the plans section — a file that's attached but hidden is a silent failure.
- 4The plans row is only offered in What They See when plans actually exist on the send.
The send flow invited a builder to attach plans below and then offered nothing to attach them with — the uploader only existed inside an unrelated supplier-order dialog. Drawings are now picked straight from the job's generated plans, rendered, uploaded and attached to the customer's estimate page. The toggle that shows them only appears when there are plans to show, because a control for content that doesn't exist is worse than no control at all.
- No path from the job's own drawings to the customer's estimate page
- Attachments that upload but stay hidden

Twenty minutes, your numbers, no slide deck. We’ll build one of your real buildings in front of you and send you the estimate link at the end — yours to keep either way.
