A modal listing each viewer — name, email, phone, view count, total time on page, first and last viewed — sorted most-recent first, with the totals across everyone in the header.

How it works
- 1Viewers are captured by the portal's identity gate rather than a password.
- 2Rows load per estimate link and are ordered by last viewed.
- 3The header summarises people, total views and total time.
- 4An empty state distinguishes 'the page has been loaded but no viewer details were captured' from 'nobody looked'.
Why we built it
A password on the estimate page keeps the builder blind: it stops the wrong people reading it and tells you nothing at all about the right ones. Asking viewers to identify themselves instead means a two-person buying decision becomes visible as two people, each listed with their view count, total time, and first and last visit.
