Proof the reminder was actually scheduled

After saving, the modal becomes a receipt stating the exact moment, who it will reach, and over which channels — with an Add another button.

What it is

A tick, then 'We'll nudge Dave on Thu, Sep 3, 8:30 AM (30 min before it's due)', then 'via in-app + text · find it any time under My Work'.

Also called: confirmation · reminder scheduled · did it save

The green tick receipt state of the composer. TaskComposer.tsx. Sample data — no customer information appears here.
How it works
  1. 1On a successful POST the composer stores the formatted moment and the recipient's name and swaps its body for the receipt.
  2. 2'Add another' resets the seed flag so a second task can be composed without closing.
Why we built it

Stated in the code: “'Done' that simply closes gives no confidence the thing was actually scheduled, so the modal turns into a receipt instead of disappearing. It states the exact time and who it will reach.”

The problem
  • A modal that vanishes gives no proof
