A named, reusable set of service lines — a Concrete Package is a 40×60 pad plus footers plus two 9×8 doors, not three separate lookups every time. Packages live at the business level, not on the job that happened to spawn them, and one modal covers all three jobs: pick one onto this estimate, manage the library, or save what you just built as a new package.

The concrete bundle you quote every week lands in one action
Save a set of services with their quantities, sizes and prices already dialled in, then drop the whole thing onto any estimate. Rebuilding the same four lines from the catalog on every quote is where the site prep gets left off, and it is why two reps quoting the same building come back with different numbers.
An applied package stays a unit you can lift back out
The group comes out in one action while the lines you added by hand stay — and the reverse. A builder who adds a couple of things, applies a template, then changes their mind about the template shouldn't have to work out which four rows came from where.
Applying a template copies it — editing one never reaches the other
The lines become the estimate's own, so changing a quantity here never writes back to the saved package, and editing the package never reaches into estimates already built from it. The lines still price and print individually for the buyer instead of arriving as one lump they can't question. A template that stays linked is a template that silently reprices work you already sold.
Two garages means two garage packages
The same package can be applied more than once, and each application is its own removable group — a second garage is a second set of doors and slab, not a duplicate. Removing one never takes the other with it.

Builders already keep templates in whatever they used before — four or five services in a particular configuration they quote again and again — and rebuilding that set line by line on every estimate is how the configuration drifts. A package saves those services with their quantities, sizes and prices already dialled in, and drops the whole thing onto an estimate in one click. Picking, editing and saving happen in one place because the paths run into each other constantly: you open the picker, realise the package needs a fourth line, and edit it without losing your place.
