A new hire fills in name, contact details, optionally the crew they are joining and why. The account is resolved from the web address they submitted from, so the application lands with the right company. The apex form still resolves to the default account. Submissions are rate-limited by IP.

A builder put his own join link on a truck and in a job ad, and the applications went nowhere he could see. Every submission was landing in one default company's queue: every other builder on the platform saw no applicants at all, while one admin was looking at everybody's — names, emails and phone numbers of people applying to other companies. Applications now follow the web address they were sent from, so a form on your own subdomain lands in your team queue and nobody else's. A submission that cannot be attributed to a company is refused rather than filed somewhere convenient.
