Instead of one long alphabetical list, people are bucketed by where they actually work. Crew section names come from the same crews rows the Team page uses, so renaming a crew there renames it here. Inside a crew, leaders sort to the top and the rest alphabetically; each section header carries a hint and a count.

Quoted in the file: “make sure that the team members section… has different categories, and better usage of the space, because there is just a tremendous amount of wasted space throughout the entire center.” The comment adds the reasoning — nineteen identical full-width rows is a list you have to read linearly to find anyone, and the company already has a shape. A separate note explains why the editing card spans the grid: collapsing the section to one column mid-animation froze the open panel part-drawn against a height measured at the old width.
