On first login a small modal walks through four common slides (home base, your schedule, photos from your phone, marking milestones complete) and then adds role-specific slides: crew controls for a crew leader, admin tools for an admin. It is short by design and does not gate access.

A framer and an owner open the same app on day one and need completely different first sentences. Telling the framer about permissions and pipeline settings burns the one screen of attention a new user gives you, and he ends up asking a foreman how to upload a photo anyway. The first-run cards branch on the job: a worker gets his schedule, his stages and his camera; a crew leader also gets assigning and inviting; an admin gets the setup he actually owns.
