The office side of labour was spread across a spreadsheet, an inbox and a phone: who is on which stage, what they logged, what is approved, and what it has cost so far. It is one panel on the project — assign each stage to a crew, log or review hours and expenses against stages, approve what has come in, and read the rollup. It reads and writes exactly what the field and subcontractor screens do, so what a crew submits at four o'clock is on the manager's screen at four o'clock.
