Project marked complete once, with a cycle time

When every stage's applicable checkpoints are done, the project is stamped complete once — feeding lead-to-completion cycle time.

What it is

A first-completion-wins stamp on the project plus a project_complete lifecycle event, correlated by the design job id where one exists.

How it works
  1. 1Checked only on the save that just completed a stage — a project can only newly become complete then
  2. 2Every task's checkpoints must be complete, using the same checkpoint source as the progress bar; N/A items are excluded
  3. 3A stage with NO checkpoints does not block the project
  4. 4The completion instant is stamped into the cache immediately so a re-save in the same session can't re-fire, then persisted
  5. 5Idempotent: if the completion timestamp is already set from this session or a prior one, nothing happens
Why we built it

A stage with no checklist could never report itself finished, so one phase without checkpoints made an entire job permanently impossible to complete — and the Add Phase button always creates phases without checkpoints, so a builder could reach that dead end with one ordinary click and no way back out of it. Nothing about a stage having no checklist implies the build is unfinished. Completion is recorded once, with the cycle time from start to finish attached to it.
