Permit number and HOA approval captured before the build

An optional intake section for the building permit number, HOA name and whether the HOA has approved — asked before the contract, not after the crew is booked.

What it is

The permits_hoa section captures permitNumber, hoaName and a hoaApproved boolean. Values are stored in form_data and surfaced to the builder in the Review & Send panel as Permit #, HOA and 'HOA approved: Yes/No'.

How it works
  1. 1Enable Permits & HOA in Settings (off by default — description: 'Building permit #, HOA approval status').
  2. 2The customer answers as part of the same form that produces the contract.
  3. 3buildIntakeSections() renders the answers in the builder's review panel; the HOA boolean prints as an explicit Yes or No rather than a blank.
Why we built it

The section is part of the same 'ask once, before the paperwork' set as ownership and financing. On the GCS waiver template, the matching clause makes the split of responsibility explicit — clients must provide construction documents at least 90 days before the start date, and 'the property owner is ultimately responsible for obtaining required permits' — so capturing the permit number at intake is what makes that clause enforceable rather than theoretical.
