The team page listed field crews and nothing else, because crew records were the only place it looked — so the sales reps, managers and project managers who also work there were simply not on it. Everyone who works for the company now appears in one list, grouped office, then sales, then field, which is the order the business is organised in and the order someone scanning for a name expects. Field crew sit last and are grouped by crew, since with a dozen labourers which crew is the only question anyone is asking. People assigned to nothing are surfaced rather than hidden, because a person missing from the roster is a person nobody notices is unassigned.
