The route describes itself as a 'PaymentsPort verification harness ("proto calls"). READ-ONLY probes proving, per org' both what works today and 'the capabilities the Stripe usage-billing phase will need are possible with this key', and closes with the guarantee: 'Never creates, charges, or mutates anything.'
