Payment schedule on the estimate

The builder's own payment stages with percentages and dollar amounts, shown as progress dots, and kept in sync if the builder edits them after sending.

What it is

A section listing each stage name, its percentage and its dollar amount. It prefers the sender-configured stages carried on the refreshed snapshot and only falls back to a legacy 30/60/10 default. The customer's building journey copy reads its deposit percentage and label from the first stage so it never hardcodes a number.

Why we built it

A 30% deposit was hardcoded into every quote, which is simply wrong for any builder who does not work that way. The schedule comes from the builder's own stages, and the percentages are validated so nobody can save a set totalling 90% or 110% and quietly under- or over-collect against the customer total. The customer's signing checkbox says they agree to the schedule above, so it has to be right at the moment of signature.
