ChangeOrderAgreementDoc is mounted by both the customer portal and the admin viewer. The admin viewer keeps only what is genuinely builder-side — per-supplier signature blocks and the audit trail — and mounts the signature blocks into the document's own signaturePadSlot rather than beside a different layout.

One of the clearest bug narratives in the codebase: 'Same change order, two entirely different documents depending on which screen you opened it from, which is what Chris reported: the paperwork he reviews internally did not match the paperwork his customer signs. That is worse than an inconsistency. A change order is a contract amendment; if it is ever disputed, the builder needs to be certain the document he approved is the document that was signed. Two renderers means two sources of truth for a legally binding record.'
