A reputation view that keeps three things separate: what a real handset showed per carrier (AT&T via Hiya, T-Mobile via First Orion, Verizon via TNS), live call signals derived from your own call records (average call duration, answer-seizure ratio, short-call percentage), and direct blocking evidence from SIP 603+ rejections.

- 1number_health rows are per (number, carrier) and carry the basis and when it was observed
- 2Signals are computed live from the last 30 days of the calls table
- 3Registry status (A2P/call-trust submissions) is reported separately and never presented as health
- 4'unknown' is the default and is described in the UI as normal, not alarming
Most number-health dashboards report registry status, not what a carrier actually puts on a handset — one team test-called their own cell from all twelve numbers in their rotation, saw nine come back "Spam Likely", and their vendor's dashboard showed all twelve green. For a post-frame builder that gap is worse than for a call centre: the business number is painted on the truck, on the yard sign and in the Google listing, so it cannot be rotated away from a problem. Per-carrier reputation is reported only where it has actually been observed, and unknown is shown as unknown rather than green.
- Reputation dashboards that report registry status as health
- No leading indicator before answer rates collapse
- A single scalar hiding disagreement between carriers
