A two-button Mine/All control for anyone allowed to see other people's leads. It matches by rep user id and, before an id is stamped, by the assignment email. The choice persists per builder. A rep who can only ever see their own leads does not get the toggle at all.
Also called: show only my leads · my pipeline · rep view
- 1The board asks the server whether this user can see others
- 2Restricted reps get no toggle; admins and managers get one, defaulting to All
- 3Mine filters on assigned rep id, falling back to assignment email
- 4The choice is stored per tenant
The toggle defaulted to Mine whenever the admin check came back false — and it came back false for a moment during sign-in, so even the owner silently latched onto their own handful of cards. Once the full lead list arrived and they hit All, every imported lead appeared at once: the five-leads-then-suddenly-twenty surprise that generated support calls. Nothing ever flipped an admin back either, so an owner stayed stuck in Mine indefinitely. Managers now get a toggle that works, and restricted reps never see it because the server already scoped what they can read.
- Owners silently seeing a fraction of their pipeline
- No way for a manager to focus on their own book
- A toggle that pretends to control something the server already decided
