The one settings tab available to every role. It offers a Report a problem card that opens the reporter with the current screen already attached, an Open the Academy card, and the platform's real support addresses, phone number and hours — all read from a canonical contacts library rather than typed inline.
Also called: contact support · how do I get help · report a problem · phone number for support
- 1Report a problem calls the bug reporter directly, which captures the screen context.
- 2Open the Academy dispatches the academy event.
- 3Contact details come from lib/platformContacts, never hardcoded in the tab.
The comment records the gap it filled: 'Every tenant surface previously assumed a user would find the floating bug widget on their own, and nothing in the product printed a single support address or phone number. A builder who couldn't sign in, or who needed to talk to billing, had nowhere to look.' It is deliberately not admin-gated — 'A crew lead who hits a broken screen at 7 AM needs this as much as the owner does', and nothing on the tab exposes tenant configuration.
- The product printed no support contact anywhere.
- Reporting a bug depended on discovering a floating widget.
- Support was implicitly admin-only.
