The expanded project bar renders one segment per stage, positioned at the stage's real timeline position and shaded by its status (planned / in progress / delayed / completed). It also carries counts: stages done, stages delayed, checkpoints done vs applicable, and the current in-progress stage name. The bar text adapts to zoom — the wider the bar on screen, the more detail it shows.

- 1For every stage it reads the crew stage log status and the checkpoint states for that project/task
- 2N/A checkpoints are excluded from the denominator so a stage with an irrelevant checkpoint can still read 3/3
- 3Percent complete prefers checkpoint-weighted progress and falls back to whole-stage done/total when a project has no checkpoints
- 4Adjacent same-status stages get slightly different shades (shadeHex) so three in-progress stages stay visually divided
'Framing in progress' told the office nothing about whether framing was one box in or one box from done, so the real answer came from phoning the crew lead. The bar is weighted by checkpoints actually ticked, and runs of the same status are shaded differently, because when they were not, five finished stages in a row read as one solid block with no detail in it.
