Re-read the estimate's totals and payment schedule after it has been revised, without detaching it.

What it is

A Resync control on the estimate sidecar that re-runs the same resolution chain — approved snapshot, signed contract, live sources — and refreshes the totals, material sections and stage list on the open invoice.

How it works
  1. 1Resync calls loadEstimateForLink or loadEstimateForJob depending on which engine the source came from.
  2. 2Stage selections reset to all stages; section selections clear.
  3. 3The binding itself is untouched, so this is not an override.
Why we built it

Estimates get revised and re-approved while a job is running, and an invoice editor left open kept showing whatever it read when it was first opened. A resync re-pulls the current estimate and updates the attached snapshot, so a builder billing after a revision is billing the revision and not last week's numbers.
