Two failures were quietly understating deals. The status that most needs acting on — a contract waiting on the builder's own counter-signature — was rendering muted enough to scan past in both light and dark; and every deal whose contract had gone out was reporting itself a full stage behind as 'Form Submitted', because the contract test expected the intake form to still be outstanding when customers always fill that in first. The pill now shows the furthest milestone the customer has actually reached, and the one that needs a signature today is bright amber.
