What it is
The shape of the current workload. Statuses with a count of zero are dropped so the chart never draws an empty wedge, and each status keeps its semantic colour: grey for planned, blue for in progress, green for completed, red for delayed.

How it works
- 1Stage logs are counted by status.
- 2Zero-count statuses are filtered before rendering.
- 3Colours come from the shared status tokens so light and dark both read correctly.
Why we built it
Status counts already drove the KPI row; the pie makes the balance between them legible — a large red wedge is a different business week from a large green one.
