A card that only appears once the project has started AND the contract is fully executed. Clicking opens the contract page framed inside a document modal with its own back navigation suppressed, keeping the print action available.
Also called: view signed contract · where is my contract · download the agreement later
- 1Contract status is fetched via the link's contract id on mount
- 2Fully signed means status fully_executed or a non-null counter signature
- 3The modal frames /client/[id]/contract?embed=1
- 4The embedded page hides its own back button, which would otherwise navigate the iframe
Customers wanting to check what they had agreed to were navigated off their dashboard onto a separate page and left to find their way back — the same mistake the invoice used to make. The signed agreement opens in a panel over the dashboard. It is only offered once both parties have signed, so a half-executed document is never handed over as the customer's copy.
- Customers unable to retrieve their agreement after signing
- Half-executed agreements being offered as final copies
