Co-signer and spouse capture

Capture a spouse or co-borrower and the contract writes them in as jointly responsible — or states plainly that the customer signs alone.

What it is

An optional intake section for a co-signer's name, email, phone and relationship. The rendered contract's {{customer.cosigner_clause}} either names them — '<name> (<relationship>, <email>) joins the Customer in this Agreement and is jointly responsible for its terms.' — or renders 'Not applicable — Customer signs solely.'

How it works
  1. 1Enable the Co-signer / Spouse section in Settings (off by default).
  2. 2Customer fills name, relationship, email, phone.
  3. 3buildContractContext() composes cosigner_clause from those fields.
  4. 4The clause lands wherever the template places {{customer.cosigner_clause}}; the review panel shows the co-signer details to the builder before send.
Why we built it

Both render paths compose the same clause and both fall back to an explicit negative rather than a blank. Silence about a spouse on a jointly-owned property is exactly the ambiguity that turns into 'my husband never agreed to this' — the contract now says one thing or the other, on purpose.
