Customers wanted their own copy of the agreement, and the print control sat at the top of a very long document, so anyone deep in the terms had to scroll back up to find it. It stays pinned as they read. It fires once rather than re-popping the dialog, and it refuses while the agreement is still being prepared, since that would hand the customer a printout of the hold screen instead of their contract.
