Days_impact is a first-class field on the change order, set in the editor alongside the cost, and rendered as section 4 (Schedule Adjustment) of the agreement the customer signs.

Why we built it

The document's structure lists it explicitly as 'section 4 → Schedule Adjustment'. Time is the second currency on a build: a customer who signs for the money but never saw the days is a customer who will treat the delay as the builder's fault.
