Score history

A sparkline of the last 45 daily snapshots, each bar coloured by that day's risk band.

What it is

Direction, not just position. Because every day is stored, the panel can draw the trajectory — an account recovering from at-risk reads completely differently from one sliding into it, even when today's score is identical.

The 'Score history' strip in the health card — 45 thin bars coloured green through red. SuccessPanel.tsx. Sample data — no customer information appears here.
How it works
  1. 1Up to 120 daily snapshots are available; the panel renders the most recent 45.
  2. 2Bar height is the score, colour is that day's risk band.
  3. 3Each bar's title shows the date, score and risk label on hover.
Why we built it

The snapshot table exists for change detection; the sparkline is the human-readable version of the same data. Two accounts at 48 are not the same account if one is climbing and one is falling.

The problem
  • Health was only ever a snapshot, never a trajectory.
  • The effect of an intervention could not be seen.

What you get
Recovery and decline are visually distinct at the same score.
Outreach can be judged against the curve that followed it.
