A best-effort attachment run at purchase time. It reads the account's pending and active trust products and assigns the new number as a channel endpoint on each. Duplicate assignments are treated as already-there, so re-running after a partial failure is safe. It never throws — the purchase already succeeded — but each miss is logged loudly.
