Construction drawings — assembly sheets, elevations, wall layouts — become downloadable on a project once the building model is attached to it, and letting anyone attach or detach that is how a project loses its drawings mid-build. Who may link and unlink is set per member, on the crew card, where you are already looking when you make that decision. Viewing and downloading plans stays open to everyone; this only controls who can attach and detach them.
