Ticket export with a fix-and-close protocol

Every ticket exports as one Markdown section pairing its description with its own screenshots, stamped with the code and the exact command that closes the loop — resolve, flag recurrences, thank the reporter.

What it is

A copy or download of one ticket or the whole filtered set. The header states the pairing rule explicitly so images cannot be attributed to the wrong bug, and a protocol block spells out the command to run after a fix, including that only the reporter is ever emailed.

The export panel with the copy/download controls, and the generated Markdown showing a ticket code heading, its screenshots and the protocol block. Sample data — no customer information appears here.
How it works
  1. 1Each section is headed with the ticket code, area and account.
  2. 2Screenshots are listed under a heading naming the ticket they belong to.
  3. 3The protocol block gives the exact resolve command with summary, why, fingerprint and test arguments.
  4. 4The fingerprint is what flags a recurrence when the same problem is resolved twice.
  5. 5Owner feedback on a previous fix appears with a warning marker and instructions to follow it.
Why we built it

The export header states the constraint it enforces: 'Each "## <CODE>" section pairs one report's description with ITS screenshots — images under a heading belong to that bug only.' And the notification boundary: 'The reporter is the ONLY person emailed — never their colleagues, never another sub-account.'

The problem
  • Bundled tickets lost the link between a description and its images.
  • Fixes were shipped without the ledger being closed.
  • Resolution notices leaked between people and accounts.

What you get
Whoever fixes it has the exact context, images included.
Closing the ticket, flagging recurrence and telling the reporter is one command.
Only the person who reported it hears about it.
