A job that has been re-sent has several customer links, and taking the newest one is usually wrong. On one deal the newest of three had never been opened while an older one carried 12 views and the approval, so the estimates screen reported 'not viewed, not approved' while the pipeline correctly showed it approved. On another, the real approved link lost a tie to a bare approved-status link created the moment the project started, and the customer's Project Dashboard opened a portal with no history that bounced them straight to the details form. The screen now reads the link carrying the approval and the history, not merely the most recent one.
