A spec row rendered from the structured attached-buildings array parsed out of SmartBuild's shed data. It prints each leg as width by length with its side, then totals enclosed square footage and porch square footage separately. The builder-confirmed total can exceed the raw leg sum because a wraparound corner is added on confirmation.

Enclosed attached structures were folded into the porch total, double-counting area that already sat inside the building footprint — so the quote's own numbers did not add up in front of the customer. Porches and attached structures break out on their own lines, in the format builders actually use on a written quote. The buyer can see what the porch costs separately from the barn.
