A grouped bar chart plus a KPI summary card per cohort. Cohorts are built from the visible roster: All Sales Reps, Managers, Owners, and every individual the viewer is allowed to see. Each cohort is queried separately against the same date range, so the comparison is real rather than a re-slice of one aggregate.
Also called: compare reps · cohort comparison · sales reps vs managers · side by side rep comparison
- 1Cohorts are derived from the roster's roles plus one entry per visible person.
- 2Each selected cohort fires its own /api/analytics request with that cohort's user ids.
- 3Four metrics are plotted per cohort: win %, average hours to won, average dwell hours, total leads.
- 4Below the chart, each cohort gets a small card with win %, leads, time to won and wins.
- 5Slots can be added up to three and removed; the colour dot ties the picker to its bars.
A ranked list collapses two axes into one number. Comparing cohorts required querying them independently — the compare tooltip 'lists every cohort's value for the hovered metric so it adds the side-by-side comparison rather than echoing one bar'.
- No way to test a hunch about one group versus another without exporting data.
- Individual and role-level comparisons required separate reports.
