An escape hatch set by the Client Estimate button in the estimates list. It forces the estimate branch, skips the routing that would forward an approved customer to the form or the contract, and still applies the already-approved gate so the builder sees the historical record without an editable approve button.

When a customer phoned about something on their quote, the builder was reconstructing what had been sent from an audit trail and memory. The builder opens the customer's exact view — what was sent, what was signed — without disturbing the customer's flow or tripping any of the open-tracking. Customers never reach it, and the approval rules still apply, so opening it can never look like a re-sign attempt.
