The address field on customer intake uses live place autocomplete. Picking a place fills the structured fields and stores latitude and longitude. For new developments and rural lots with no street address, a draggable and clickable map pin captures precise coordinates and reverse-geocodes what it can back into the text fields. 'Use my location' captures the site from a phone while standing on it. If the mapping service is unavailable the field degrades to a plain text input rather than breaking the form.

Post-frame sites frequently are not addresses yet — a new development with no street name, a rural lot known by which gate you turn at. Reps typed whatever the customer said, and the crew found the place by phone on the morning of the pour. Typing an address now fills in the city, state, zip and coordinates by itself, and where there is no address you drag a pin on the map and the site gets exact coordinates anyway. If the mapping service is unreachable, the field quietly becomes a plain text box rather than breaking the form, because a lead form that fails on somebody else's outage is a lost lead.
